"He could accelerate out of a crowd, and he followed his blockers well." A three-year starter for Decatur and one of the area's most explosive runners, Shackelford will sign a scholarship with NCAA Division I-AA Tennessee Tech University in Cookeville, Tenn., this morning in the friendly confines of the Earl O. Webb Fieldhouse at Decatur High.
