Bucknell Reaches Licensing Agreement
LEWISBURG, Pa. - Bucknell University has finalized an agreement with The Licensing Resource Group, Inc., (LRG) to officially license Bison athletics products and apparel, director of athletics and recreation John Hardt announced. The licensing agreement, the first of its kind for Bison athletics, will promote and protect the Bucknell brand in a positive manner that will result in higher visibility and a broader distribution of school merchandise in the marketplace. In addition, LRG will help service and administer day-to-day activity with licensees.

Weiss to recommend Lafayette scholarships?
There is further indication that President Dan Weiss will recommend athletic scholarships to the Board of Trustees. Following Tuesday's open faculty meeting with the athletics working group, subcommittee members relayed their findings and the current status of the athletic scholarships issue during a session that lasted nearly two hours.

South's Jones signs with Holy Cross
South senior lineman Aaron Jones spent most of his varsity football career playing defense. But after one season as a dominating offensive tackle, the 6-foot-4, 305-pound lineman will be playing on the offensive line at the collegiate level. Jones will attend Holy Cross, a Division I-AA school, in the fall and play football for the Crusaders. He made his decision last week.
