Roseman latest to join San Diego from OAL
The pipeline from the Oakland Athletic League to the University of San Diego continues to grow. McClymonds High senior Stephen Roseman became the latest football player from the OAL to sign a letter-of-intent with the Division I-AA Toreros, joining Anthony McCrady and Godfrey Smith of Oakland Tech along with Fremont's Ralph Hall. Tech graduate Joshua Johnson is the starting quarterback for the Toreros.

Graham's Cupps will play football at UD
Several colleges were recruiting Graham senior Josh Cupps to play football in the fall, but he was waiting for one specific phone call from one school. When the call came from Dayton head coach Mike Kelly, Cupps immediately jumped at the chance to play for the Flyers.

Wiemer, Zinnen commit to Valparaiso
They were one room apart from each other in kindergarten in 1993, oblivious to the friendship that was destined to blossom. Their bond began to form at Waller Elementary School and continued to deepen through their years at Karcher Middle School and Burlington High School. And if all goes well, Ross Wiemer and Max Zinnen will be together for four more years.
